There are many factors to consider when acquiring an international licence such as management service fees, training, support, agreement terms and return on capital investment.

International Licence Acquisition Program consists of the following:-

1. Licensee Investor Profile

This stage requires an in-depth data-gathering interview with you in order to give us a clear understanding of your goals, future aspirations and existing business activities.

Through our discussions we will be able to evaluate and understand the type of business you could develop.

The information resulting from our discussions and local market analysis will greatly assist our approach with the various businesses.
           
We will establish the initial investment, both the Licence fee and start-up costs.

We can then produce a Licensee Investor Business Profile and an overview of your market. This will assist in indicating your potential to the Licensors.

2. Research

We will present and describe the types of licensed concepts and the types of agreement

Concept:
A) Food, beverages and hospitality
B) Services: B to B, B to C, Professional
C) Retail

Type of agreement
A) Master Licence (sub-franchising)
B) Area Development Licence (corporate development, no sub-franchising).
C) Licence agreement.

Following the completion of the Licensee Investor Business Profile we will research the international market to produce a short list of suitable franchises, licensee or businesses that:

A) Match your requirement.
B) Have not already allocated a licence in your territory.
C) Capable to enter your market (will provide full support).
D) Fulfill the agreed criteria for the level of investment

We will evaluate the suitability of potential Licensors by:

Gaining an overview of their business system and corporate structure.
Examining intellectual property rights and distinctive or unique selling features.
Studying operational support services and training materials.
Produce short-list of selected franchises.

3  Acquisition.

We will arrange meetings with the President and Chief Executive Officer of the selected business.
We will check the proposed agreement terms.

At the conclusion of this program the investor/developer will be in a position to acquire one or a number of International Licence Rights.
