FAT Brands (US) Continuing Canadian Expansion
05 Jan 2018 - FAT Brands Inc, parent company of Fatburger and Buffalo's Express, is opening the company's 53rd Canadian location in South Surrey's Grandview Central Shopping Centre.The 2,000-square foot co-branded restaurant's owner is existing franchisee Ravi Sidhu, who opened her first Fatburger location in January of 2016, in Ladner.

Sidhu's experience with Fatburger began in 2008, when she was the manager of a location in White Rock and was eventually recruited into the corporate support center as a franchise district manager.

In addition to the new Grandview Central location, FAT Brands' Canadian reach includes restaurants in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Northwest Territories. FAT Brands has about 300 locations open and 300 under development in 32 countries.
