9Round (US) Continues Global Growth with New ERP Solution, NetSuite
06 Jun 2018 - Global kickboxing franchise business knocks out concerns over rapid company growth and focuses on customer satisfaction with new enterprise system implementation
9Round announced today the launch of its new enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, NetSuite.
A 2018 Franchise 500 company, 9Round has experienced tremendous growth since its founding in 2008 – with more than 670 9Round clubs operating throughout 42 states and 13 countries.
9Round offers a kickboxing-themed fitness program that incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of nine challenging workout stations developed by World Champion Kickboxer, Shannon "The Cannon" Hudson.
"Our Company has grown exponentially over the past 10 years, and we have hundreds of new franchises in development, both domestically and internationally," said Hudson, founder and CEO of 9Round. "Investing in business solutions and systems that streamline our operations is a top priority in positioning this business for continued growth to 1,000 gyms and beyond."
To better support existing franchisees and scale operations to 1,000+ stores more efficiently, 9Round recently selected NetSuite Cloud ERP software. NetSuite's unified business management system includes finance, inventory management, warehouse automation, and customer relationship management – among other capabilities.
9Round worked with an external technology partner, Terillium, to restructure business processes and implement NetSuite Cloud ERP. Terillium is an ERP consulting company and Oracle Platinum Partner.
"9Round is growing at a tremendous rate. Their commitment to customer service through this hectic time of growth is commendable, and the reason they are so successful. It was a pleasure to work with their team to implement digital business processes and ultimately make life easier for those working at headquarters as well as at franchise locations," said Steve May, vice president at Terillium.
Matt Foreman, 9Round's CFO adds, "This project was a huge undertaking for our company and Terillium has been with us every step of the way. Now, with the NetSuite platform, we will be able to better monitor business KPIs, our supply chain, membership growth, individual franchisee performance and overall company performance."
Acquired by Oracle in 2016, NetSuite has more than 40,000 customers worldwide.
Founded in 2008 by professional kickboxer Shannon Hudson and his wife, Heather, 9Round is a specialized fitness center that brings kickboxing fitness training to the average person in a convenient, affordable, 30-minute, full body circuit format.
