Workout Anytime (US) Continues International Expansion
24 Mar 2020 - Workout Anytime, a 24/7 fitness concept, has signed a deal with Honduras-based Lady Lee Corp. to expand into 5 countries in Central America and the Dominican Republic.
Under the deal, the brand’s first franchise venture outside the United States, Lady Lee will sell, open, and manage Workout Anytime gyms in Belize, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Panama and act as the master franchisee for each country.
Lady Lee has three openings planned for 2020 in Honduras and is scouting real estate for more locations in that country and throughout Central America and the Dominican Republic. “Workout Anytime is a well-structured franchise, with well-defined procedures and a highly aggressive pricing and service strategy that does not yet exist in the Central American region,” said Lady Lee’s Director of Marketing and Advertising Félix Rivera.
Based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Lady Lee develops multi-purpose shopping centers that combine food establishments, office spaces, and more. The company also has previous experience owning and operating U.S. franchise brands in region, with Wendy’s franchises in Honduras since 1991 and Venture X co-working franchises throughout Central America.
